Our Practices
Relax, Release, Reset, Recharge.

Yoga Nidra
Often described as “yogic sleep” or "sleepless sleep", this guided meditation brings deep rest and clarity.
The main focus of the practice is stillness: stillness of the body, helping gain stillness of the mind, to attain a deeper level of presence and awareness.
A powerful yet simple tool to release mental fatigue and emotional tension - and a very effective physical relaxation technique too. It is even said that just one session of yoga nidra equates to 4 hours of very deep sleep.
Sound Healing
A meditative, deeply calming experience using ancient instruments such as singing bowls, rattles, drums, chimes,... where participants bathe in sound.
The sound waves and vibrations of the instruments guide participants into a profound relaxing state — soothing and recharging both body and mind, and helping them come back to their natural harmonious frequency, whether it is on a physical, energetical or emotional level.
Expect deep relaxation, stress release, improved sleep, better clarity and focus, physical tensions release, amongst other benefits.

Yin Yoga
A passive, deep stretching, and slow-paced yoga practice with long-held poses that target connective tissues in the body.
Yin Yoga helps release stored tension in the body - both on a physical and mental/emotional level.
